Q: I'm nervous about ordering over the internet. What kind of guarantee do I receive?

A: We understand how difficult it can be shopping on the internet, but we want you to feel confident about the purchase you are making at Beloved Pets By Gina. Our staff is available to walk you through the ordering process by phone, fax or email. You choose the method that suits you best! We will do our best to resolve any issues or concerns regarding your order and if we are unable to find a mutually acceptable solution, we will refund the amount of your purchase upon receipt of your merchandise.

Q: How long will it be until I receive my order?

A: Since most cuddly urns require customization, it may vary. You can ask us for a more precise time frame when you place your order. We'll be happy to let you know when to expect your order and do our best to get it to you promptly. If you give us your email address you will also be notified when we are shipping your purchase.

Q: Can I ship cremated remains on airplanes?

A: The Transportation Security Administration (TSA) requires urns carried on board or checked luggage to pass testing for explosive devices.

Carry on - All carry on items must pass through the x-ray machine. If the urn is made of a material that prevents the screener from seeing what is inside, the container will not be allowed through.

Checked Baggage - You may transport the urn provided it is successfully screened. T.S.A. performs screening using a variety of techniques and if cleared, it will be permitted as checked baggage only.

Q: Are your cuddly huggable urns safe around my children?

A: Yes they are very safe around children. Even if it were to somehow open the urn the ashes are non-toxic. It is completely safe .
